AllClear Aerospace & Defense in Miramar, Florida, seeks a Customer Account Manager – Repair Services to own U.S. government and defense customer relationships from opportunity through contract completion.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure competitive wins, timely execution, and full compliance with government requirements. The role demands detail‑oriented problem solving across orders, bids, and programs, with ERP and Salesforce experience to manage RFIs, RFPs, and pipeline

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of sales account management or relevant work experience required.
• ERP systems experience (Quantum preferred).
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with U.S. government procurement lifecycle (FAR/DFARS).
• PIEE/WAWF experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and enters customer orders with high-level complexity/volume.
• Works cross functionally to resolve problems and drive process improvement.
• Maintains customer relationships to generate repeat business opportunities.
• Prepares responses for RFQs, RFPs, and bid materials.
• Coordinates with Contracting Officers and DCMA regarding contractual requirements.
