Global Network Recruiting, LLC seeks a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to identify, pursue and capture large multi-million contracts with defense primes and government/military entities. Reporting to the Corporate SVP Business Development, you will lead bid efforts and coordinate with internal teams in Florida.

Required: 5+ years in defense business development, BS degree, US Citizenship, 30%+ domestic/international travel, and experience with MilStd guidelines and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of experience in defense business development for missiles, munitions, propulsion propellants, ordnance, explosives, etc.

Responsabilités

• Identify, pursue and capture large multi-million contracts with defense primes and government/military entities.
• Lead contract negotiations and competitive proposals (RFPs & RFQs).
• Collaborate with internal resources to ensure winning bids (SAM.gov, GovWin).
• Manage relationships with customers and HQ in Florida.
