Job summary

Qualis LLC seeks a Financial Management Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Support for the 412 Test Range at Edwards AFB, CA. The role focuses on developing 412 TW business strategies, tracking goals, and preparing cost estimates and SOC responses for customers.

Responsibilities include MIPR preparation, funding verification, and financial reporting. A Bachelor's degree and active Secret clearance are required, with strong knowledge of DoD regulation and government databases helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance required or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and GSA ITSS rules helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for MIPRs and generate MIPRs using AFMC financial databases.
• Compile and manage MIPR packages for contract modifications.
• Review LOA, funding classification and funding appropriations for MIPRs.
• Collect financial data from multiple sources and prepare analysis reports.
