Job summary

Qualis LLC seeks a Financial Management Analyst to support the 412 Test Range at Edwards AFB, CA. You will advise on business strategies and planning, develop cost estimates, SOC responses to PIDs, and create financial reporting mechanisms.

The role involves preparing MIPRs, generating and packaging MIPRs, tracking LOA and funding, and producing monthly DoD-compliant reports. Requires DoD-focused finance experience and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance and 3 to 10 years of experience required (substitution of experience for education considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for MIPRs.
• Generate MIPRs using AFMC financial databases and ABSS/CCaR.
• Compile and create MIPR packages for contract modifications.
• Maintain a MIPR checklist and template.
• Record and file contract documents and modifications.
