Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking a Financial Management Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Support for Edwards AFB, CA. The role involves developing 412 TW business strategies, collecting and analyzing financial data, and preparing reports with actionable recommendations.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Business Admin or Finance, an active Secret clearance, and proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office. Experience with MIPRs and DoD contracting procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for MIPRs.
• Generate MIPRs using AFMC databases and systems.
• Compile MIPR packages for contract modifications.
• Maintain MIPR checklist and templates.
• Confirm LOA, funding classification, and appropriation.
• Review incoming MIPRs for accuracy and completeness.
• Process CAR, PAR, TAR, SCI billet requests, and related forms.
• Collect and analyze financial data from multiple sources and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Identify unobligated funds and aging unliquidated obligations.
• Prepare Monthly OSD Reports with obligation/expenditure rates.
• Record and file contract documents and modifications.
