Job summary

Precise Systems delivers integrated, mission-ready solutions to advance warfighter readiness and defense programs. This Senior Program Management Analyst (Financial) role supports PMA-272 at Patuxent River, MD, serving as the primary financial advisor for the CIV Coordinator BFMs and driving day-to-day IPT financial operations.

The position requires 10 years of experience, MA/MS, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Hybrid work is possible with mandatory on-site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior – 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Senior - MA/MS degree
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Financial Tool Management (CSPT & PMT): Develop and maintain IPT spend plans using CSPT.
• Execution & Variance Analysis: Track obligations and expenditures against Navy benchmarks.
• Funding & Ledger Administration: Draft and route funding documents within Navy ERP for CIV approval.
• Formulation & Briefing Support: Compile financial data for acquisition documentation and budgets.
• Intensive N-ERP, PBIS, CSPT, PMT knowledge to support IPT integration.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex budget issues under tight deadlines.
