Job summary

Qualis LLC seeks a Financial Management Analyst to support Edwards AFB 412 Test Range with A&A functions. You will develop cost estimates, SOC responses, and financial reporting while coordinating MIPRs and contract actions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, an active Secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills. Expect travel up to 5% and collaboration across multiple DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance; 3–10 years experience; substitution allowed.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and GSA ITSS rules.
• Experience with processing MIPRs.
• Understanding of Air Force Test Center procedures and DoD regulations.
• Ability to understand customer objectives and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a group.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation required for MIPRs.
• Generate MIPRs using AFMC databases and systems.
• Compile a MIPR package for processing modifications.
• Maintain a MIPR checklist and templates.
• Confirm LOA, funding classification and funding appropriation.
• Review incoming MIPRs for accuracy.
• Process and file CAR, PAR, TARs, SCI billets and DD forms.
• Collect financial data from multiple sources and analyze results.
• Identify unobligated funds nearing expiration and aging obligations.
• Prepare Monthly OSD reports per government requirements.
• Coordinate meetings and track action items to closure.
• Record and file contract documents and modifications.
