Kearney & Company in Dayton, OH seeks an Air Force Financial Management Journeyman to support the DEAMS Deployment and Training Team with data visualization initiatives. You will deploy and sustain dashboard solutions, troubleshoot Power BI tools, and train end-users across Air Force installations.

You will collaborate with senior financial managers, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while traveling up to 25% and supporting secure financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial management, data analytics, or dashboard support.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist deployment and installation of dashboards at DoD installations.
• Oversee sustainment and updates of dashboard capabilities and data sources.
• Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot Power BI tools.
• Conduct training sessions and develop training materials.
• Gather user feedback and support data extraction and integration.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and security requirements.
• Prepare presentations and user guides for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive process improvements for dashboard functionality.
