Job summary

Kearney & Company seeks a Training and Development SME to join the DEAMS Deployment and Training Team in Dayton, OH and US sites. You will design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve training on financial data visualization tools and dashboards for Air Force bases.

As the content SME, you will build curricula, SOPs, and WBTs with Adobe Captivate, deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions via Teams, assess training effectiveness, and support change management during dashboard rollouts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and BI tools.
• Familiarity with Air Force Financial Management data elements.
• Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) and SCORM.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to train diverse audiences.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and obtain/maintain US citizenship with security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, publication, and maintenance of training curricula and job aids for dashboards.
• Conduct instructor-led, webinar, and self-paced training sessions using Teams and other platforms.
• Serve as SME for training content, including data interpretation and troubleshooting.
• Assess training effectiveness and implement curriculum improvements.
• Support dashboard rollouts with on-site and remote training at Air Force bases.
• Create SCORM-compliant WBT courses and manage content on approved platforms.
