Job summary

Seneca Holdings seeks an experienced Air Force Senior Financial Specialist to join the DEAMS Data Analytics Team in Dayton, OH. You will oversee dashboards, data visualization, and cross-source integration to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable insights.

The role requires leadership, DoD financial experience, and the ability to train staff while partnering with senior leadership. Travel to Air Force installations is expected; security clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years of Air Force Financial Management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel to Air Force installations as required.
Understanding of SFIS and USSGL.
U.S. secret level security clearance (US Citizenship).
Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment and installation of dashboards at Air Force installations.
Oversee sustainment and updates of dashboard capabilities with multiple data sources.
Provide expert-level user support for Power BI tools and resolve issues.
Design and implement advanced data models and visualizations.
Conduct advanced training and lead change management.
Mentor junior staff and ensure deliverable quality.
Analyze data trends to identify process improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and government policies.
