Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking an Air Force Financial Management Junior Specialist to support DEAMS deployment and training in Dayton, OH. You will help deploy, sustain, and train users on data visualization dashboards across Air Force bases.

The role requires DEAMS experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with opportunities to advance in a government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of DEAMS experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong customer service and time-management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and installing dashboards at DoD installations, with minor local modifications.
• Support daily sustainment and updates of dashboards, integrating data sources (~30) and FMFO products (~80).
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for Power BI tools and document issues.
• Participate in training sessions and help develop training materials and guides.
• Gather and document user feedback to identify training needs and system improvements.
• Assist in data extraction, validation, and integration to ensure accurate dashboards.
