Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Export Compliance Analyst to support its fast-growing defense technology efforts. The role is based in Costa Mesa, CA or Washington, DC, with travel as needed to ensure robust ITAR and EAR controls across the business.

You will help obtain and manage export authorizations, implement best practices, and train internal teams as the primary interface to Compliance. The position offers ownership of complex regulatory projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of compliance work in export control.
• Strong understanding of U.S. export control regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining compliance processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to manage multiple complex tasks
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SAP clearances
• Willing to travel at least 15%
• Experience with export compliance software/databases

Responsibilities

• Ensure ITAR and EAR compliance across programs
• Prepare and submit export authorization applications
• Provide guidance and training on ITAR/EAR to staff
• Monitor and implement changes in export control regulations
• Manage and track export authorizations
• Liaise with U.S. government agencies
• Support logistics on hardware exports
• Develop and improve compliance procedures for U.S. subsidiaries
• Perform compliance assessments of export/import transactions
• Support corrective actions from compliance issues
• Participate in cross-functional compliance projects
