Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Export Compliance Analyst to join the International Trade Compliance team in Washington, DC or Costa Mesa, CA. You will help obtain export authorizations, implement ITAR/EAR best practices, and support internal teams as a primary compliance interface.

The role requires independence, the ability to manage complex regulatory projects, and a willingness to travel up to 15%. Strong knowledge of US export controls and prior defense/government experience are highly desired.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in export control compliance.
• Experience with defense contracting or government work.
• Strong knowledge of US export control regulations.
• Ability to obtain DoD TS/SAP clearances.
• Willingness to travel at least 15%.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
• Experience deploying compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Prepare and submit export authorization applications.
• Provide ITAR/EAR guidance and training.
• Monitor and implement regulatory changes.
• Manage and track export authorizations.
• Liaise with U.S. government agencies.
• Support logistics on hardware exports.
• Develop and improve compliance procedures for U.S. subsidiaries.
• Assist in investigations of potential compliance issues.
