Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Export Compliance Analyst to support our International Trade Compliance team. The role involves obtaining and managing export authorizations, implementing best practices, and serving as the primary interface to Compliance across various business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance work in export control.
• Experience with defense contractors or U.S. Government.
• Strong understanding of U.S. export control regulations.
• Experience developing and maintaining compliance processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret and SAP clearances.
• Willing and able to travel at least 15% of time.
• Experience with export control software and/or databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ITAR and EAR compliance.
• Prepare and submit export authorization applications.
• Provide guidance and training on ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Monitor and implement changes in export control regulations.
• Manage and track export authorizations.
• Liaise with U.S. government agencies.
• Support logistics on hardware exports.
• Develop and improve compliance procedures for U.S. subsidiaries.
• Perform compliance assessments of authorizations and transactions.
• Support corrective actions from compliance issues.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups.
