Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Export Compliance Analyst to help build and grow our Compliance team supporting cutting‑edge defense technology. Based in Costa Mesa, CA or Washington, D.C., you will obtain export authorizations, implement best practices, and interface with internal teams to ensure robust ITAR/EAR compliance for U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of export control compliance experience.
• Experience with defense contractors or government work.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and learn quickly.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SAP clearances and travel ~15%.
• Experience with export compliance software/databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ITAR and EAR compliance across programs.
• Prepare and submit export authorization applications.
• Provide guidance and training on export controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates.
• Manage and track export authorizations.
• Liaise with U.S. government agencies as needed.
• Support logistics on hardware exports.
• Develop and improve compliance procedures for U.S. subsidiaries.
• Conduct assessments of export/import authorizations and investigations.
• Support corrective actions from compliance issues.
• Participate in cross‑functional working groups.
