Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Export Compliance Analyst to support the International Trade Compliance team, helping obtain and manage export authorizations, implementing best practices, and supporting internal teams as a primary Compliance interface. This role is based in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for other locations, and requires independence to manage complex regulatory matters.

Qualifications

5+ years of compliance work in export control.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret and Special Access Program (SAP) security clearances.
Willing and able to travel at least 15% of time.
Experience with export compliance software and/or databases.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations.
Prepare and submit export authorization applications.
Provide guidance and training on ITAR and EAR regulations.
Monitor and implement changes in export control regulations.
Manage and track export authorizations.
Liaise with U.S. government agencies.
Support the logistics team on hardware exports.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving compliance procedures for U.S. subsidiaries.
Perform compliance assessments of export/import authorizations and related transactions; assist investigations as needed.
Support and implement corrective actions from compliance issues.
Participate in cross-functional working groups and independent projects.
