Job summary

RTX, a leading defense contractor, seeks a Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst to support a major multi-year production contract. You will collaborate with Program Managers, CAMs, IPT Leads, Finance Leadership, and OSC to ensure disciplined financial planning, execution, and reporting across a complex program environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development and execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, identify risks, and plan financially for multi-year programs.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Teams and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMIs, OMs, and other reporting.
• Conduct cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting and funding planning.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management.
• Contribute to CDLR development.
• Establish and maintain program logs (W.A., Contract Mod Log, R&Os).
