Job summary

W.S. Darley & Co, headquartered in Itasca, IL, is seeking a Contract Administrator for its Defense Division to manage GSA, SEWP, and IDIQ contracts from quote to order fulfillment.

You will liaise with sales, accounting, purchasing, suppliers, and government customers to ensure compliance and optimize contract utilization. The role includes audits, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• High-velocity multi-tasking capability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, accounting, purchasing, suppliers, and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain GSA Schedule, SEWP, and other IDIQ contracts.
• Evaluate new products and suppliers for contract inclusion.
• Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, federal regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain complete contract files, correspondence, modifications, and documentation.
• Assist with contract modifications (products, pricing, admin changes).
• Prepare and submit monthly TDR and other contract reports.
• Track contract sales, reporting requirements, and performance metrics.
• Support internal and external audits for GSA, SEWP, and IDIQ contracts.
• Attend monthly IDIQ review meetings and produce monthly deliverable reports.
• Identify process improvements to streamline contract administration.
• Provide backup for GSA Manager as needed.
