Job summary

Keel in Ladson, SC seeks a Contracts Administrator to support proposal development, negotiate terms with government and commercial customers, and ensure contracts are maintained and executed accurately.

You will collaborate with the Director of Contracts and the Contracts Administration team to guide business leaders, manage document delivery, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Political Science or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in contract management (private sector and government contracting).
• Direct experience with defense industry government contracting, and professional certification (e.g. CFCM, CPCM).
• Experience with government contracting processes and MS Office/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development.
• Review and negotiate government and commercial contract terms and conditions.
• Complete contract review prior to award.
• Manage execution and delivery of contract documents.
• Coordinate responses with Subject Matter Experts.
• Review and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Manage registrations in Government and customer portals.
• Advise senior management on contract requirements.
• Other related duties as assigned.
