This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of related experience. You will work with systems like D365, Exostar, and WAWF, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR, and help prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related contracts coursework preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in contracts, subcontracts, or related functions.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts Manager with proposals, awards, modifications, and admin.
• Maintain contract data accurately in the system of record.
• Review orders and documents for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare routine contractual documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and closeouts.
• Assist in export control and regulatory compliance tasks.
