Job summary

Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Budget & Finance Analyst to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Deterrence, Chemical, and Biological Defense, Policy and Programs OASW(NDCBD).

In this role, you will provide budgetary, programmatic, financial and resource management support to the OASW(NDCBD) in oversight and integration of resources. This position can support a hybrid work schedule with 3-4 days per week onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and 1-2

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics; Master’s may substitute for 3 years of experience.
8+ years of budget and financial analysis experience.
Experience with DoW budgeting principles and related operational impact.
Experience with RDT&E/Procurement/O&M budget issues and DoW appropriations.

Responsibilities

Support PPBE process and budget execution across phases and exhibits.
Oversee capability portfolio management alignment with funding requirements.
Draft and justify language for RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M exhibits.
Analyze financial and programmatic data to identify performance opportunities.
Provide programmatic, business, financial, and policy assessments for resourcing requests.
Plan and manage execution of budgetary resources.
Develop analytical products using WDP and DAI; input data into WHS and CAPE systems.
