Job summary

TechSource is hiring a full-time Budget Analyst to support NA-19 budget processes and its nuclear deterrence mission with the NNSA. You will work onsite daily at the DOE Headquarters Forrestal Building, Washington, DC, with a hybrid option up to 2 days per week after training.

You will need an active Q or Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, 5+ years of federal budget analysis experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint skills to manage multi-year budgets and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years federal budget analysis experience required.
• Experience with multi-year budgets and BI/dashboard reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, concise budget analyses to support program decisions.
• Manage monthly and routine budget processes for the program.
• Draft and edit budget materials, fact sheets, and briefing documents.
• Monitor progress of program plans and report to federal staff.
