Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to support the Ship and Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division at NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, Maryland. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite weekly and an Interim Secret clearance to begin.

The analyst will coordinate schedules, procurement, staffing, and budgets; collaborate with contractors and government leads to collect and organize program data, monitor milestones, and ensure accurate budget execution tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years of direct project administration/analytical experience
• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and MS Office Suite; SharePoint online familiarity

Responsibilities

• Project Tracking: maintain item trackers, monitor milestones, track deliverables and deadlines across teams.
• Financial & Data Analysis: collect, organize, validate budget and expense data; support spend plan and forecasting activities.
• Reporting & Data Visualization: extract and prepare weekly/monthly status reports and presentations for leadership and government customers.
• Process & Documentation Support: maintain program folders, support funding processing, assist PR/PO documentation.
• Team Coordination: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, track action items to closure.
