Job summary

Easy Aerial Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate to support proposals, customer engagement, conferences, and strategic growth initiatives. This on-site role in Brooklyn offers a fast-paced environment within a defense technology company.

You will coordinate bidding efforts, help manage opportunities, and collaborate with engineering and leadership to meet customer requirements. The position includes travel for conferences and events, with competitive compensation and equity

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, proposals, sales, operations, government contracting, or related fields.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced and highly dynamic environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences and customer engagements.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts across defense and government opportunities.
• Coordinate proposal submissions, compliance tracking, formatting, and writing support.
• Assist with lead generation at conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity tracking.
• Help manage CRM activity, customer communications, and pipeline organization.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to support customer requirements.
