Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–3 years in related fields.
• Strong interest in aerospace/defense market analysis.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage deadlines and multi-task.
• Experience with government proposals and technical writing is a plus.
• Familiarity with export controls (ITAR/EAR) or hardware sales processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Support: draft, edit, and organize white papers and SBIR proposals.
• Customer Discovery: build relationships with stakeholders via briefing decks.
• CRM and Pipeline Management: maintain CRM, generate leadership reports.
• Market Intelligence: research DoD/NASA priorities and forecasts.
• Opportunity Identification: monitor SAM.gov and SBIR/STTR for opportunities.
• Competitive Analysis: track competitors to refine value proposition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate tech specs for customers/investors.
• Sales and Events: generate leads, run sales calls, attend conferences.
• Flight Hardware Sales: coordinate quotes, NDAs, POs, and delivery timelines.
• Conference and Event Coordination: manage registrations, logistics, follow-ups.
