Job summary

Aery Aviation LLC is seeking an Associate Proposal Manager to support the full business development lifecycle, including bid opportunity research, RFI responses, and proposal development. This is an entry-level role designed to grow into Senior Proposal Manager as needs grow.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather information, draft compliant bids, and maintain proposal assets, under the guidance of the Proposal Manager. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear proposal language.
• Detail-oriented mindset with capability to track requirements and maintain compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Research new business opportunities and support qualification efforts.
• Coordinate proposal development and maintain proposal assets and systems.
• Assist in RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs under supervision of the Proposal Manager.
