Job summary

ARServices is seeking an experienced Acquisition Specialist to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. You will support planning, budgeting, and execution across multiple STM projects, ensuring timely PPBE processes and accurate cost analyses.

Fort Belvoir, VA based, full-time role. The position requires DoD financial systems experience, a BS/MS in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills to develop budget briefs and manage

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with a BS, or three years with an MS, including experience in DoD Financial Systems and managing RDT&E projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition planning and execution for chemical and biological defense programs.
• Provide cost estimating, life-cycle costing, and cost-benefit analyses to support PPBE and funding planning.
• Assist with PPBE documents, budget exhibits, and POM materials for R&D programs.
• Translate scientific information into programmatic and fiscal documentation for planning and execution.
