Responsibilities

• Provide defect metrology leadership to meet yield objectives using state-of-the-art metrology tools.
• Organize and present defect summaries to LTD engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Integration, Yield, and failure analysis labs to diagnose root causes of defects.
