Job summary

Intel Corporation in Arizona seeks a Yield Defect Metrology Layer Owner Module Team Leader to drive performance across engineers and technicians. You will partner with Yield, Process Engineering and Production leaders to ensure consistent results and lead the culture of Ocotillo Technology Fabrication.

The role requires leading a team, owning the roadmap toward safety, quality, yield improvement, training and employee relations, and delivering best-in-class yield performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of process/yield engineering management experience in wafer fabrication.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Statistics/Data Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
• Master’s or Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience in process/yield engineering management experience in wafer fabrication.
• Knowledge of process flow and equipment troubleshooting.
• Model Based Problem Solving skills.
• Technical expertise within Semiconductor Processing engineering to provide technical direction on quality issues.
• Data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• The performance, development, and employee relations of engineers and technicians.
• Lead the Module Team Leader to partner with Yield, Process Engineering, Production leaders to operate as one team.
• Drive and lead the factory on key yield vectors, striving for BIC performance.
• Set the standard for Ocotillo Technology Fabrication culture and expectations.
