Qualifications

• 3–6 years in investment banking, private equity/growth equity, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Transaction execution experience on live deals.
• Excellent financial modeling and quantitative analysis; ability to build models from scratch.
• Experience producing investment memos and Board materials.
• Familiarity with due diligence across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and product.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling and deal economics independently.
• Build and defend complex valuation and synergy analyses.
• Map target landscape, research acquisition candidates.
• Produce executive-ready investment memos and deal summaries.
• Support WD Capital and build VC relationships.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and leaders through due diligence.
