LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established Seattle law firm to identify an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy transactional practice. This role will focus heavily on commercial real estate financing and title work, supporting transactions from initial due diligence through closing and post-closing. The ideal candidate has substantial experience reviewing title and survey materials, identifying and resolving title issues, managing financing documentation, and coordinating complex closings.
