Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking a Deduction Analyst to investigate and resolve customer deductions, including chargebacks, returns, and promotional allowances. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Fulfillment to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.

The role emphasizes trend analysis, compliance support, and process improvements to strengthen accounts receivable accuracy. This in-office position at our Lehi HQ requires strong attention to detail and cross-team

Qualifications

Experience in deductions, accounts receivable, or related finance duties.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes.
Effective written and verbal communication across internal teams and external customers.
Experience reconciling customer accounts, payments, deductions, or related financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer deductions including chargebacks and promotional allowances.
Maintain accurate documentation of deductions, root causes, and resolutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Fulfillment to resolve disputes.
Generate deduction reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Support onboarding of vendors by developing SOPs and compliance resources.
