Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in deduction resolution and credit/collections in a B2B environment.
• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Effective internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve a variety of Retail deduction claim types.
• Pursue recoverable dollars quickly and aggressively.
• Identify root causes of recurring deduction issues.
• Collaborate with Key Account Sales and Route Operations to correct issues.
