Job summary

Trove Brands, a private house of brands including BlenderBottle and Owala, seeks a Deduction Analyst in Lehi, Utah. You will investigate deductions, maintain documentation, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Fulfillment to resolve disputes.

The role emphasizes process improvement and accurate accounts receivable handling. The position is fully in-office at our HQ in Lehi, Utah, offering exposure to a dynamic consumer goods environment and opportunities to impact payment

Qualifications

• Experience in deductions, accounts receivable, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer deductions, including chargebacks, returns, promotional allowances, and other payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of deductions, root causes, supporting information, and resolution activities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Fulfillment teams, as well as external customers, to research and resolve deduction disputes.
• Generate and analyze deduction reports to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to reduce future deductions.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency and accuracy of deduction management and resolution.
• Support onboarding of new vendors and fulfillment partners by developing SOPs, compliance requirements, and resources.
