Job summary

LeVar Law, an established personal injury firm in Arkansas, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their team. You’ll guide cases from intake to resolution, collaborating with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of case management or paralegal experience, strong organization, excellent communication, and proficiency with case management software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in case management, personal injury, paralegal work, or related legal support role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases at different stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with case management software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other team members.
• Keep cases moving, maintain communication flow, and organize detailed case information.
• Open, organize, and maintain accurate case files and supporting documentation.
• Track case progress, medical treatment, outstanding records, and important deadlines.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurers to obtain necessary records and authorizations.
