LeVar Law is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support personal injury matters from intake to resolution. You will collaborate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurers to keep cases moving and well-documented.

The role centers on maintaining organized files, proactive communication, and timely management of deadlines, with a focus on compassionate client service in a dynamic firm environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in case management, personal injury, paralegal work, or related legal support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases at different stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with case management software, document systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with empathy and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Open, organize, and maintain accurate case files and supporting documentation.
• Track case progress, medical treatment, outstanding records, and deadlines.
• Collect and review medical records, bills, treatment summaries, and related materials.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurers to obtain records and authorizations.
• Identify outstanding items and follow up to prevent delays.
