Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Dedicated Retail Merchandiser in the Miami area. You will drive sales for a major chocolate brand by enhancing in-store presence, setting up displays, and building strong relationships with store teams.

You will work fall/holiday peaks and maintain territory coverage with regular reporting. Requires 1+ years in CPG/retail merchandising and a high school diploma; health benefits and professional certification are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPG or food experience strongly desired (1+ years).
• Prior experience calling upon retail stores in a CPG role.
• Prior sales and/or merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow the client’s retail presence through selling and ordering product lines, displays, and fixtures.
• Establish and leverage store relationships to achieve selling objectives.
• Build and assemble displays and fixtures.
• Organize, rotate, and merchandise stock to ensure on-shelf availability.
• Identify and sell seasonal programs where applicable.
• Follow a defined territory schedule to maintain presence.
• Develop productive working relationships with store employees and customers.
• Increase stores’ brand awareness and product knowledge of client lines and programs.
• Demonstrate success through reporting and data collection.
