Acosta Group is seeking a Dedicated Retail Merchandiser to drive sales for major chocolate brands by expanding in-store presence and executing planograms across assigned retailers in the Miami area.

The role requires strong merchandising skills, regional travel as needed, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will be trained and supported by seasoned retail experts, with healthy benefits and PTO included.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous CPG or food industry experience preferred (1+ years).
• Prior experience calling on retail stores in a CPG role is a plus.
• Prior sales and/or merchandising experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Grow the client's retail presence through sale and ordering of product lines, displays, and fixtures.
• Establish and leverage strong store relationships to meet selling objectives.
• Build and assemble displays and fixtures.
• Organize, rotate, and merchandise stock products and fixtures within the store to ensure on-shelf availability.
• Identify and sell in seasonal programs where applicable.
• Follow a defined territory schedule to maintain presence.
• Develop productive working relationships with store employees and customers.
• Increase stores' brand awareness and product knowledge of client lines and programs.
• Demonstrate success through detailed reporting and data collection.

As one of Premium's astute Dedicated Retail Merchandisers, you'll play an integral role in driving sales for one of the biggest chocolate brands on the market. By increasing the retail presence of the client's consumer products, you'll deliver beyond what's expected for the client.

What will you do?

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required.

• Prior sales and/or merchandising experience.
