Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies seeks a Full Cycle Recruiter dedicated to a key client account, owning the end-to-end hiring process from requisition intake through onboarding. This role serves as the client’s primary recruiting partner with a deep understanding of their business and culture.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, delivering tailored sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to ensure a seamless experience and successful hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant multifamily experience (as stated).
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a high-volume, full-cycle environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through interpersonal skills and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint usage.
• Ability to maximize applicant tracking software and social media sourcing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated, single point of contact recruiter for one key client account, owning full-cycle recruiting for all of their open roles
• Consult with hiring managers to understand each role and define the ideal candidate profile before sourcing begins.
• Source candidates and recommend tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels to identify active and passive talent.
• Screen and assess applicants' qualifications, conduct phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews or panels.
• Verify employment eligibility, gather necessary paperwork, and perform reference and background checks.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and train the client's hiring managers to use it effectively.
• Inform candidates of job duties, compensation, and benefits; recommend and negotiate total reward packages and extend offers.
• Notify applicants of rejection and ensure a smooth handoff from candidate to new hire onboarding.
• Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics, pipeline status, and recommendations for the client account.
• Represent the client at industry events and build relationships with industry and educational professionals to expand sourcing.
• Champion the Cardinal Culture and Core Values as an extension of the client's team.
