Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking professional truck drivers for a regional dry-van role in Southern California. Earn weekly pay from $1,200 to $1,500, plus cents-per-mile mileage pay on all miles (loaded and empty), with typical weekly miles of 2,300–2,500.

Home time is weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset, operating from Southern California to Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV markets and back. Expect predictable scheduling and a stable workload; orientation is paid and a comprehensive benefits

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Volume: Average of 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week
• Stability: Consistent miles and steady, year-round freight
• Onboarding: Paid orientation included

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset
• Run from Southern California to Phoenix, AZ to Las Vegas, NV markets and back and forth
• Consistency: Predictable scheduling, dispatch, and a stable workload

Job Details & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
• Equipment: Late-model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
• Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety and reliability

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $16.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
