Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a full-time regional CDL driver to join our no-touch dry van fleet. Expect consistent weekly earnings, steady home time, and modern equipment on well-supported routes.

You will operate primarily in the Southwestern states with weekly home resets (34–48 hours) and drop-and-hook loads to maximize uptime. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation and eight holidays each year.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required with minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
• SAP drivers welcome if step 6 has been completed.

• Operate regional dry van routes with 70% drop-and-hook efficiency.
• Maintain home time with weekly home resets as described.

Job description

This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
