Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is looking for experienced CDL-A truck drivers to run a Southern California to Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV loop with no-touch freight and a steady year‑round workload.

You will enjoy weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500, miles paid on loaded and empty trips, paid orientation, 10 vacation days, 8 holidays, and full health, dental, vision and life insurance.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Volume: Average of 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week
• Stability: Consistent miles and steady, year-round freight
• Onboarding: Paid orientation included

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset
• Run from Southern California to Phoenix, AZ to Las Vegas, NV markets and back and forth
• Consistency: Predictable scheduling, dispatch, and a stable workload

Job Details & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
• Equipment: Late-model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
• Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety and reliability

Additional Benefits

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $16.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
