Job summary

J&K Subway Inc. is seeking CDL drivers for a dedicated run between Phoenix, Albuquerque and Southern California. The role offers weekly earnings, all-mile pay, and accessorial pay, with home time during resets.

Expect 5–5.5 days out, a 34–48 hour home reset, newer equipment, no-touch freight, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include a valid CDL, at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, and DOT compliance.

Job description

Compensation & Performance Pay

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,250 - $1,500 per week.
• All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles - whether you are running loaded or empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time to ensure you are paid for your time.

Home Time & Schedule

• Schedule: Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
• Operating Area: Dedicated Run between Phoenix, Albuquerque and Southern California.
• Park & Go: Option to take your assigned truck home during your weekly reset (where applicable).

Freight & Equipment

• The Fleet: Drive newer, premium, assigned equipment from top brands like Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
• Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Highly efficient operations with 70% drop & hook and minimal live loading/unloading.
