Qualifications

• Transportation management experience in a dedicated environment preferred.
• Experience with load planning and driver management.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• On-call during driver work hours.
• Understanding and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing scheduling for a dedicated customer.
• Being available and on call for Pyle driver and customer needs.
• Building dynamic routing using routing software.
• Optimizing the schedule daily and/or as needed.
• Holding an onsite presence at the customer’s location – build and develop a strong relationship.
• Partnering with sales and customer service to schedule deliveries; working cross-functionally within Pyle to service the account and grow the business.
