Job description Job Title: Decking Sales Representative Company: Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced In-Home Decking Sales Representative to join our team. As an In-Home Decking Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales, meeting with customers in their homes, and closing sales for our decking products. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with customers to grow our customer base and increase revenue. Responsibilities: Qualify leads for decking sales through various sources, such as referrals, advertising, and other marketing efforts. Meet with potential customers in their homes to provide them with information about our products and services, and to help them select the best decking solution for their needs. Conduct on-site measurements and assessments to ensure that accurate estimates are provided to customers. Prepare and present proposals and pricing quotes to customers, and work with them to negotiate and close sales. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, and to generate repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales presentations. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the decking industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of the decking industry and products is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
