Emler Swim & Gym in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Deck Manager / Team Manager to lead a high‑energy team and deliver engaging swim lessons. You will supervise staff, coach instructors, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for kids and families.

Qualifications

• Available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and on your feet, in the water, moving with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool; supervise and train hourly staff.
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor for safe, high‑quality lessons.
• Celebrate student wins and observe progress for swimmers of all ages.
• Support families and help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for.
• Stay organized with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Upload safety standards and model a safety‑first mindset for staff and students.
