Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Available to work a consistent schedule including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and able to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool; supervise, support, and train hourly staff.
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor; mentor swim teachers.
• Celebrate student wins and monitor progress in the pool across ages.
• Support families to ensure customers feel confident and cared for.
• Stay organized with scheduling, evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Upload safety standards and enforce a safety-first mindset for staff and students.
