The J.G. Wentworth Company is seeking a Loan Negotiator in Chesterbrook, PA for a hybrid schedule. You will negotiate settlements, consult with clients on loan benefits, and manage a book of clients through loan approval to graduation from the debt settlement program.

Strong sales, customer service and organizational skills are essential. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed production targets for loan originations, settlements and program fees.
• Manage a book of clients through loan approval, funding and graduation.
• Maintain high conversions through the lending pipeline.
• Use phone, email, and text to communicate transparently with clients.
• Negotiate lump-sum settlements on behalf of clients.
• Submit payoff details to lenders for package terms.
• Finalize settlements and payouts to prepare clients for graduation.
