The role emphasizes a competitive drive, strong communication, and a genuine desire to assist others. You will negotiate, analyze portfolios, coordinate with creditors and agencies, and strive to meet monthly KPIs while leveraging a base salary plus commission.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• No prior experience required – we have a new-hire training program.
• Candidate must be able to pass the company Excel assessment.

Mansioni

• Negotiate and finalize client settlement offers with creditors.
• Establish and maintain contact with creditors, agencies, law firms, and buyers.
• Analyze client portfolios to determine the best settlement strategy.
• Review clients’ banking accounts to determine funds available to the program.
• Achieve monthly KPIs set by management.
