Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with Jackson Product/Services and/or collections.

Responsibilities

• Identify advisor and policy owner debts and prepare evidence for debit balance determinations.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements with debtors by telephone or correspondence.
• Support write-offs, settlements, refunds, and rejected funds processes.
• Research systems and accounts to facilitate write-offs.
• Coordinate with third-party collections agencies when required.
• Monitor reports and notify business units of necessary actions.
